Step 1
Match the hole of the printing paper with the hole of the printer, fix the hole, press the plate well, and pay attention to the printing paper must stick to the rotating shaft of the printer. Open the front cover and take out the ribbon. If you can see the paper and can reach it with your hands, gently pull it out. Do not pull it hard. If the paper can not be seen, it is necessary to remove the parts of the paper mouth; professional maintenance personnel is recommended to deal with it. Otherwise, the damage to the machine outweighs the loss. Note: You must press the feed direction to get the paper. Never turn any knob in the opposite direction.
Step 2
Check whether the paper roll is worn or the spring is loose. When putting paper, the printing paper is perpendicular to the printer; If crooked, the paper force is not uniform. The pressure is not enough to send the paper into the machine. When the paper roll is worn out and cannot be replaced for a while, it can be handled by wrapping a rubber band. After wrapping the rubber band, the friction of rolling paper increases, making the feeding paper return to normal.
Step 3
Open the cover of the printer, place the ribbon between the print head and the paper, clamp it, and adjust the knob on the ribbon. Often someone will not be careful with the ribbon out; the first result is a blank. The rubbing wheel does not rub the paper properly. It may be a time into a number of pieces of paper; it may also be the paper wheel rub paper strength imbalance caused by the paper tilt. There may be paper leveling and paper placement problems, which also may be caused by the abrasion of the rolling wheel rub paper abnormally. Usually, in this case, the paper is not fully in the printer; just pull out the paper from the opposite direction.
Step 4
When printing, often look at the printing paper with a hand to hold so that the paper can be smoothly fed, sometimes the printing paper in the box, when the paper out of the box because of the resistance to letting the printing paper into the paper, resulting in a jam.
Step 5
Be careful when tearing the paper. Gently tear along the serrated line of the paper; pay attention not to leave the edge or tear incomplete; When there is residual paper, it is likely to jam when the paper goes backward.
Step 6
Whether it is cutting paper, back paper, or line feed, it is best to press the button on the printer panel and let it move. The uneven force will probably skew the paper and cause a paper jam if you do it manually.
Common failures of needle printer
Ribbon breakage: The ribbon tension is too large, and the suture line or the word hammer beats the ribbon resulting in ribbon fracture. The broken part can be cut off and stitched back together in the former case. In the latter case, just replace the ribbon.
Ribbon stuck: the ribbon is easily entangled with the ribbon wheel after the edge of the ribbon is stripped and fluffed, resulting in the ribbon being stuck, and the ribbon cannot be retracted into the ribbon box normally.
Damage to Hall effectors: Frequent entrainment of the ribbon. Hall effectors are constantly compressed, resulting in damage and fracture. This failure can only be replaced by a ribbon tumbler assembly or by a ribbon motion sensor.
Abrasion or fracture of ribbon driving belt: this fault is caused by the long service time of the ribbon or the friction belt of the character chain. The solution is to adjust the position of the character chain so that it is no longer a friction-driven belt; Please replace the broken ones.
The ribbon motion-sensing signal is interrupted without reason: first, check whether the ribbon motion-sensing signal line has been damaged. If it is broken, please replace the signal line. Check again whether the ribbon motion-sensing signal line at the J6 socket on the interlock transfer board is damaged or not in good contact; please replace or plug the signal line.
